How much of an event fee is refunded when a member cancels their place, based on how close to the event they cancel.

Unpaid Places

How long someone has to pay for a place before it goes back to the waitlist. The deadline is fixed when the invoice is raised and told to the member in writing, so changing these numbers only affects places booked from now on.
